TOSSA – The outstanding secondary students of Angeles City or TOSSA is a program that gives recognition to deserving students of both public and private schools in our city. TOSSA was initiated by Angeles Culiat Jaycees, it is financed by VERMAN Group of Companies and in collaboration with the Department of Education.
To this date, no other NGO within the city has ever done anything to recognize the efforts of deserving students and parents, thus through this project, the chapter would like to encourage students to study harder and to inspire them to reach their goals with the end view of building future leaders of the community. Likewise, we would like this to serve as a motivation for non winners to strive harder. The selection of candidates is based on the criteria set by the organizers, interviewed by the screening committee and are given a written examination.

it’s nice to see that JCI has already their official website.. i saw the TOSSA pictures, and i was reminded with those happy and memorable times that i was a part of TOSA 2008 (the outstanding student of Angeles City as it was formerly known). i am proud and looking forward for more awardees of TOSSA! more powers and may the good LORD bless your purpose!
